I'm a big fan of these resistance training bikes.

To work hamstrings, load 2 x 5kg plates on each rear peg.

To work quads, load 1 x 20kg plate on each front peg.

To work adductors, unscrew seat, load 2 x 25kg plates on the seatpost, screw seat back on.
