Banana/blueberry protein bread

Ingredients:
oats 1.5cup
250g low fat cottage cheese
3 scoops (120g) whey protein
6 eggs
6 eggwhites
2 medium bananas
125g blueberries

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200deg celcius

Blend all ingredients together.

Put in non stick baking tray and put in oven. (I put alfoil above it so that the top doesn't cook too quickly)

Chopped up into 18 the nutritional stats are:
105 cals
9g carbs
3g fat
12g protein

Outer edges were a bit crispy but middle still very moist. Just depends on how long you cook it for.
 
Made this today, with strawberry's instead of blueberries.

Next time ill add some walnuts and honey for some taste :D
