Recommended Sports Physio's etc.

Hi Guys,

Been having plenty of lower back injuries myself for which I have been seeing a physio. But... It has been suggested to me that I should see a sports physio who is sympathetic to lifting etc.

I was hoping we could use this thread for recommending people that you have had success with.

This might be another flop, but thought it was worth asking the question.

Cheers.

This method dates back to 1978.

I highly recommend people use the lumber machine to test back strength
This equipment is the only true tool to measure strength.

Thanks very much for the link, I look into it.

Keep them coming guys, I'm sure this thread might be helpful to others in the future.
