Workout timer

I was thinking of GymBoss, but didn't know if it had countdowns like this one does.

I like the 3-2-1 countdown to start the set and 3-2-1 countdown to end the set.

I'm going to be working on a 30 secs on, 45 secs rest for 12 sets - 15mins total time.
Just gonna put it on an audio CD to use in the home gym.
 
Timing should be taken into account according to the body's tolerance level. Your trainer will very well know this, if you don't have any trainer then do consult a good trainer so that a proper guidance could be taken.
