I have come across some good reading material around this message board. enjoy my time spent here and a few of my questions have been answer, i have another question to ask .

At the moment I am doing all my training workouts at home as the gym atmosphere doesn't appeal to me, feel intimidated with the guys perving and some of the other ladies. For my home workout I have free weights, a treadmill and a weight bench. the equipment that i have suits my needs the only area i am laccking in is for a way to developing my calves.

What are some good ways to develop calves at home?

Hi Lady,

You can do one leg calf raises.
Use a dumbbell in one hand for even more resistance if required.
Stand on a step or block to get the stretch at the bottom.

use barbells or dumbbells what ever you prefer , its best to start off with no weights so that you can get your balance
