Muscle Motion bench

Its 51 or 52cm high.

Its the best incline bench I have used.

Its 25cm wide.

The flat bench Adrian had made is exquisite. Its 41cm high, 30cm wide, bracing under the shoulders.

Get both, will last forever.

I haveused this as a flat bench and an incline bench. Fine for me no noticable height problems i quite like it.

Cheers, I did a search for that but I couldn't find it.

U mean this one? Commercial Flat Bench with wheels

Both would be nice but space is my enemy atm.
Commercial adjustable flat incline bench_Premium

if you want a bench that will do both this might be it.
That would be around 700 including shipping. My wife could/would kill me. Seriously nice bench tho.

Imo if you're powerlifting you probably don't need an incline. If you overhead press and bench press they just aren't relevant.

Commercial adjustable flat incline bench_Premium height

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has the (or access to):

Commercial adjustable flat incline bench_Premium

and could tell me the height of the top of the padding to the floor, when in the flat position? Is it too high like the one mentioned earlier in this thread, or close to the 42cm dedicated MM commercial flat bench?

Are there any other flat incline benches that dont measure too high in the flat position that might be a good alternative?

Cheers,

Tuna.

I just noticed the price of that bench was $600. If it was a good hieght, solid, and catered well for both flat and incline, then it would save space.

But for an extra $100 I could get both the commercial MM flat bench and the commercial mm incline that PTC talked up earlier, and have the best of both worlds.

I might just stick to my original plan and get the commercial flat bench for now, then think about the $395 incline later down the track.

That settled, I need to go re-measure the garage, to see which rack will fit best.

Cheers,

Tuna.
