Today my 1st ever purchase of protein powder (aussie bodies' perfect protein, vanilla) arrived at home .. Mum was suitably impressed but also worried, saying I ought to store it (in powder form) in the fridge. She says it'd keep it lasting for longer. As I still live at home.. yes I have to do what my mum tells me.. what do you guys reckon?

u don't have to keep it in the fridge

when it comes to supps , mums don't always know best

Hey, my mum's the same with pretty much anything. As soon as it's open, if it's food, it ends up in the fridge. This is one of those occassions (many though there are) when mother really, really doesn't know best, despite her best intentions or misguided beliefs.

I would recomend you just make sure it's sealed properly... I've heard if the air gets to it for too long it's not as effective and just a waste of time...
