Long time reader First time poster , in the past i have been doing aerobic workouts , following the aerobics programs on tv , jogging/walking and decided that maybe it is time that i step it up a bit and bring some weights in on the program
My older brother has a set of weights and a bench out in the garage that he left behind when he moved out, i have been thinking about using them, but not quite sure about the weights I would need as a beginner and what weights to use for each workout like squats, i was going to ask my brother but that would mean having to deal with his girlfriend who i don't get along with , so that brings me here asking my beginner Questions
Can anyone help me out?
