Shoulder Problem

A couple of days ago I had a powercleaning session (second time PCing ever), and my form obviously wasn't the best. Since then my right shoulder cracks quite abit when I rotate it in the vertical plane. There's no pain, but when i hold my shoulder and rotate, I can feel the pops and crackling. The cracking is reduced A LOT after a warm shower.

I've done some googling and everywhere says if there's no pain, then there's no worries. Opinions/diagnosis? Should I stop bench pressing/overhead pressing for a while? I've got a benching session today which i'm not sure if I should skip or not.

Just to note, I'm not taking any supplementation besides WPC (i.e. no fish oil).

Mine have been doing that for years. I warm them up and they have no problems. I also have ankles that crack every time I walk up stairs. Literally every stair each ankle cracks. Unless theres pain it shouldn't be a problem I don't think.

Thanks guys. I went and benched nevertheless, and it was worse after the session. A few stretches did the trick

The crackings subsided now, I have a very wierd body
