chicken

Ive never seasoned anything before i normally just cook it plain. How do you get the herbs and spices to stick to the beast? I use a george foreman grill :)

Can i just moisten it with some water? I have no idea.

no problem...haha.
i too struggle to find chicken appealing every day...i buy it marinated, crumbed, i add sauces, i vary between cuts of meat..i'm not worrying about it being too lean tho.
Beter still, ditch the chicken and have lamb cutlets, baked, drizzled in balsalmic vinegar and raw sugar, prior to cooking....mmmm....or beef fillet steaks, covered in pesto, with two chunks of camenbert cheese on top, baked...mmmm...none of this is helping is it? lol

I sprinkle piri piri spices over it and cook mine in macadamia oil (like eje does), either chicken breast sliced in half or chicken steaks (more convenient).
The flavour is awesome.
The day I discovered this, I knew I would make this a frequent and ongoing meal.

If you dont mind a bit of spice then this portuguese chicken recipe is the go.

125mls lemon juice
1x Tbsp paprika
1-2 red birds eye chillis
3 cloves garlic
2 x tsp salt
2 x Tbsp olive oil
1 x Tbsp fresh oregano

Mix together and marinade either chicken breast of whole chicken.

Serve with brocoli and maybe wedges if you're diet allows them.

I bake the breasts in the marinade and pour it over the brocoli and wedges and it's damn good.

just look on youtube on the anabolic cooking... i think it by the muscle man, has some good recipies...

one i did recently was:

Butterfly chicken, coat in olive oil, put crushed walnuts and spinach in the middle, fold back over and season with a little salt, put it in the oven and cook...

Pretty simple stuff

Lately instead of pan-frying my chicken breasts I have been chucking garlic, chilli, cummin, salt & pepper on them, folding into a foil parcel and chuck em in the oven for 25mins @ 185 degrees. They taste great and ya can cook a whole bunch then put em in the fridge/freezer for later. If you are using thigh fillets I would try baking for 10mins coz they are smaller.
