Ankle Recovery

Hey guys,

I was wondering what strengthening exercising were best suited to develop strength in the ankles and frequency of training for them. I have rolled one and fractured another in footy due to too aggressive orthotics and no taping on the day, and so am now looking for a few specific exercises to really make sure this doesn't happen again,

Balance exercises help strengthen the muscles of the ankle and help reduce your injury chance if you have a proprioceptive problem.
