Hello,
Well basically I train pretty early in morning and I noticed I am quite stiff in my body during warm up sets and not as bad during work sets. What is a quick way to prevent this on a tight schedule? I only swing my arms and legs around (moving stretches) and do a 5 minute jog before this.
