Stiffness in body when training in morning

Hello,
Well basically I train pretty early in morning and I noticed I am quite stiff in my body during warm up sets and not as bad during work sets. What is a quick way to prevent this on a tight schedule? I only swing my arms and legs around (moving stretches) and do a 5 minute jog before this.

I had the same problem, you need a solid warm up and warm up sets as well as stretches... There is nothing you could do unless its the above... Cold Muscles in the morning are so hard to workout
