Minor muscle/tendon strain

Is it better to move when you have minor strains or keep it still and wait it out? I have this pain just under my right knee and was wonder what would help it go away fast. Nothing major just annoying.

There is a fair amount of swelling also that I just noticed. Maybe it it tendonitis?

It's probably Patellar Tendonitis as the pain is at the bottom of the patellar tendon ind it is swollen etc.

Could be, you can walk around with minor strains etc unless it is really painful. You should get it checked out.

Rest. ice, rest, ice, rest, ice. That is pretty much it. If if it minor you just have to live with it and let it heal.
