Is running/walking something you can do daily or is it like weightlifting where you shouldn't work out the same muscles 2 days due to rest and development?
Since i'm just starting out i'll mostly be walking and jogging

Walking can be done daily. With running, it depends of distance and intensity. When you first start, you will probably find you will injure yourself if you run everyday. It's pretty hard on the body!

It really depends on your physical endurance, mobility and strength levels. Walking is something you do everyday anyway, so that shouldn't bea problem

just remember not to do too much too soon , work your way upto it
