Possibly the strongest crew ever at PTC tonight.

Big Nick, Matt, Kelly, Spiros, Max, Michael, Scott and just in case that isnt enough.............Adam Coe.

Adam Coe holds the best total ever in Australia, 960kg @ 99kg. Paul Nay did 965kg @ 110kg

Hopefully Adam can give these guys a few pointers before the Nats this weekend.

If any other interstaters are in Melbourne tonight, dont be shy.

it's a long bloody walk & swim from Tassie. With the rainy weather of today, flying isn't much an option either. You goin to video tape stuff & put it on youtube/!
 
Adam doesnt lift anymore, he'll be the MC at the Nats, and hopefully he can give some guidance to lifters tonight.

Adam moved to Perth from Frankston in the early 90's

Was a good night :).
Adam is a very happy, friendly and humble man.
Was a pleasure to finally put a shake to the name Markos. See you saturday :).

Good to meet Scott, Michael is in awesome condition, and his technique on ALL lifts greatly improved since his last visit. Both boys squat very deep.

Good to see Adam again. Been too long.

Max benched 110kg, which Adam said looked like an opener, in fact it was a 5kg PB. Max weighed 81kg tonight, fully clothed. He weighed 77kg the morning of his 230kg deadlift on Monday.....lol.....1kg shy of triple body weight. Too bad.

Steve finally benched 100kg, keeps ticking the boxes.

So much excitement, forgot to film a thing. Sorry. It was quite busy lol

I'm glad the night went well. You deserve it.
 
Obviously, but I'm proud of all the lifters at PTC. I know the workouts are hard.

I'm proud of the way they carry themselves at comps and on forums.
