Today's WoTD (Workout of the Day) you will need a barbell and weights and also a pullup bar . This is a strength based and should take rougly 30-40mins to complete



Exercise 1 – Deadlifts x 1

Rest for 1 minute

Exercise 2 – Pullups x 1

Rest for 1 minute


Repeat this for six set in the first set start of light and increase the weight to as high as you can, take the 1 minture rest between the single reps
