I've only just started working out so i know that it is too soon to see anything but i was just wonder how Long until You should start seeing results of weight lifting, ab work outs,etc, but just not sure when to expect

Most will start to see physical changes in after 6 weeks, but it all depends on your previous activity level, current workout, diet and body. After 12 weeks, if you are training well, you should see some great results.
 
i would say a month for small changes depending on how consistent you are with your diet and fitness activities, Within a week, you'll see changes like more energy, sleeping better, etc
 
within the first month of my training i started noticing the difference , nothing too major but could tell the change , within about 8 weeks friends starting commenting
