Today's WoTD (Workout of the Day) will only take 15minutres doing one exercise using one piece of equipment, it only take 15 minutes. The only piece of equipment that is needed is a pullup bar which you can find anywhere like the playground equipment at the local park , out in your garage/carport. The exercise that you will be doing is a variation of the burpees.
A burpee is an exercise is a physical exercise performed by bending over, performing a squat thrust, and returning to a standing position, but to mix it up a little you iwll be adding a pushup in the middle of th squat thrust and at the top of the jump squat we will add in a pullup
