Surgical Recovery

After I've had surgery I'm going to be spending a month or so recovering. What suggestions can be made about making a strong and speedy recovery? Any help would be appreciated.

Laproscopic for me. They're putting mesh inside of me :p. Just thinking n00bs may have a vitamin that may help speed recovery? Or Anyone elses experience,

Well if it is laproscopic surgery it will help with recovery, why are they meshing you up? It really depends on what they are actually doing to you.

Generally though make sure you are eating well so your body has fuel to recover, take a multi and some vitamin C.

Dave I'm getting a congenital inguinal hernia repaired which I've ignored for ages. Someone else said Vit C so I'll look into that would a high protein diet help?

Eat as you normally would just make sure you are getting in enough so your body has surplus to repair itself.
