This WotD(Workout Of The Day) is a quick session that should take around 15mins It's a workout for the chest an all in one workout of strength, power, and endurance. Three pieces of equipment are needed a barbell, some weight and a bench.

Exercise 1 – Bench Press x 1

Exercise 2 – Clap Pushups x 5

Do these exercises as a circuit start off with the Bench Press with as much weight as you can handle adding 5kgs> to the bench press each time .During the clap pushups don't pause. When you start failing on the bench press take off the weights and just use the bar for 50 reps
 
I clicked on the first vid above and saw some other exercise vids from the same guy.

One of them is on upright rows, and the guy (who says he's a certified pt) tells you 'this is how to do upright rows', yet he's hunched over a bench doing dumbbell rows.
