Wrong again Oliver, I dont have to share with anyone I charge others to use it.

Any home gym with only rubber coated plates fails, not worth a mention Oliver lol

As far as crappy equipment goes, you guys have got nothin

I have a bench in the backyard from my first home set up. A mate made it for $12.

People cant believe I used it, narrow uprights and all.

Then I show them a video of me benching 160kg on it and tell them to stop making excuses.

no it doesnt.

i'd much rather train in mine, more shit to do in it.

If matt kroc doesnt clean then I too dont clean!

Eh, I dont believe in accessory work. After fiddling around for a while I found I could bring my squat up by doing nothing else but squatting.

Only stuff I do is upper back (helps my bench weak spot and pull) and some military presses just to ensure there's no muscular imbalances.

Some nice home gyms posted up so far!

I'm slowly putting together a home gym myself. So far I have got:
Ironmaster super bench
Ironmaster adjustable dumbbells
32kg adjustable Australian Kettlebells KB
2 AKs 16kg pro grade KBs
ABC powerbar (which I must say is very nice!)
AKs weight plates

I plan to add:
More AKs weight plates when they get them in stock
Muscle Motion commercial power rack (really want this now but am just waiting until I get the floors re-done in my place before I get this which should be done in less than a month)
More AKs pro grade KBs
Torsonator
Sandbag
Boxes

I dare say after that I will have a pretty nice setup and will be able to do the vast majority of the stuff I wanna do..

Cheers and have a good day
