Creatine cycling

Hi Folks,

I've read about creating loading and maintenance, but is it truly necessary to cycle if you use this supplement? If so, does anyone know why?

eg. Load, maintain, go off it for a while, repeat....

I've currently just finished loading and am now on maintenance (thank god.. no more remembering to have it every time I eat! )...

I could be just seeing what I want to see, but I'm fairly certain there is a distinct difference in muscle mass compared to a when I started taking it.

Cheers

You dont have to cycle it, but it is to your benifit, your body will stop naturally producing it.Some believe that if creatine is taken for too long it could lead to permanent shutdown or a decrease of natural creatine on a constant basis.
