Doms

I did a search here but wasn't able to find anything on it.

Say i did shoulders on monday, comes to thursday and i want to do them again yet they still suffer from DOMS, do i wait until the soreness has gone completely or has the recuperation process finnished and the soreness is just hanging around?

TLDR: Do you work muscles suffering from doms after a 3 day break.

Yep just train. If I waited to train when I WASNT sore, Id never train lol. The pain your getting should go in 2 or so weeks when your body gets used to training.

On another note, what does DOMS actually stand for/mean?

Cool, well i did them and it didnt seem to effect my lifting but anything noticeable. From the reading i did some said not too others said it was fine. If i went with the option of waiting, like you said only get a little bit done.
