I had some crazy dreams and some deep deep sleep on this stuff - wouldn't mind getting some again!

Last night i had 5htp melatonin and gaba... smacked me out more then valium...

Its helping alot more with the withdrawl of ssri's.

Alot of stuff i am reading says 500mg 3 times daily however on the bulknutrients package it says 5-10g at once? I did this the first time i took it without reserach and i drove myself to the dr's because i thought i was dying.

I was given a guesstimate that 1 flat teaspoon is 5g (since I don't have scales yet...).
Keeping that in mind, I started on 1 flat teaspoon and it felt like I was melting into the bed and I had dreams that felt longer and more epic than the extended cut of the Lord of the rings trilogy.

I now have half or less of a flat teaspoon (guesstimate 2.5g or less) if I know I have a clear run until wake up time (none if I am on baby feeding shift).
It doesn't knock me out at that dose but it helps to stop me staring at the ceiling waiting for the baby to make a noise.

n00bs, if you have measuring spoon things for the kitchen can you measure the smallest size you have (like half a teaspoon) and weigh it for me??
If you don't I will forgive you... but I'll need to wait a few weeks until I have the funds to make a bulknutrients order and grab some scales :(

Dr thinks im an idiots because i dont want to take ssri's to treat symtpoms of a problem for the rest of my life. 10 years has been enough...

I was also sick at the time so i thought it was related to that, he gave me more antibiotics.. Had i known what i know now i just would of smashed vitmain c until i got better..

Plaebo or not it works for my anxiety...

I am over studies.. If it works it works.

You cant feel your pituitary gland pulsate LH either however it does work...

I dont understand what you guys want to 'feel'.

Thought i suppose that why supplements like jack3d are so popular.. you 'feel' something be it good or bad you know it did something...
 
I gave it a good go for a few months. If it did release GH like the study says I should have experienced some extra fat loss, some increased muscularity and energy. I didn't.

Can anyone confirm that Gaba does in fact help sleep ? As every product i have tried for sleep does not work.

5htp and melatonin for you...

Gaba reduces anxiety wich may aid in sleep. But melatonin regulates your sleep cycle...

I have noticed a difference. Im no longer going to bed at 3am!

You have to get it from the states though so try iherb.com

Yo Noobs - how much do you think it has helped with anxiety? - I suffer some slight anxiety from time to time - never done anything about it...but would be keen to hear how GABA has helped you!
 
well last 4 days i have been effexor free...

down from 150mg for the last 10 years, with a 5htp gaba melatonin vitmain c niacin combo..

WIthdrawl symtpoms are fading and im feeling better.

I know this shit works im proof...

Good luck with it mate, I did a sleep study for bad snoring a few years back, doc thought it could be sleep apnea, didnt have to wait long to get in. Was bloody weird though, rock up about 8:30 at night with a heap of other people, they talk you through whats happening, hook you up to a machine and about a thousand wires, then lkights off and they tell you to go to sleep. I was lucky as I get up at 5am every day so I was out like a light.
