i have recently started having a come and go intense pain. Basically where the two collar bones connect in the middle then feel two ribs down on the left side. Seriously though i was at first though i was like thinking it was a heart problem, now im thinkin it might be muscluar or even a problem rib. Not sure how i could've got it because it started while i was sleeping.

any ideas?

i've had something similar before. i had 2 ribs become pronated - particularly the one on the left side was noticeably raised about a fat finger width higher than where the others sit. i've also had this after water skiing after a long lay off. All of my ribs felt like they were going to pop off the sternum, fkn painful.

it could be muscular too, get it checked out.

Im not going to guess chest pain, especially when you described the location as your heart see a healthcare practitioner, be it gp , physio or what ever else could be 1 million things.

I would hazard a guess at a strained intercostal muscle but it would be best to go see a GP or physio. You would have probably hurt yourself earlier before bed, what did you do that day?
