Australia's Strongest Man will be on this weekend in Lismore - below are the posters/info for the comp if you would like to check it out!

Big Luke Reynolds will be competing and hopefully winning! - Luke's brother trains at PowerSports (Paul) - and has trained at the club a few times and is very supportive of what we do here so I would just like to wish Luke the best of luck for the comp!

For the guys that will be doing the CAPO nationals you will prob have the chance to meet Luke - you can't miss him - standing 6'6 and 148kgs!!

7th - Jordan Steffens
8th - Tim O'Shea



Luke Reynolds - 25 tonne truck pull - only him Derek and Lance finished the whole distance!

Yea mate thats what I said to "WTF" lol - but I have heard that they get really great support from the council and also the locals love it - becoming known as the "place" for strongman in Australia.

Maybe I should offer up PowerSports next yr!

Lismore is a weird place. Im from coffs harbour and we think lismore is weird lol I can only imagine what sydney siders and melbonites think..

I live in Lismore ^_^, moved here this year for Uni. It's an alright place. I saw the posters advertised in the gym, had to go away when it was on though =[.
 
Lismore is OK, I wouldn't live there but have been there numnerous times, both for work and driving through. Also visited the House With No Steps there.
