Hi all,
I've had a horrible three weeks as the title suggests and have been unable to train at all. Now I have pulled a muscle in my back before but never to th severity of this. I have never dislocated a finger before, but I do manage to get multiple lung infections through winter no matter what I try to stay well. I can go to the physio to fix my back, I can't go to the orthopedics ward to fix my finger but there seems to be no place I can go to stop getting sick.
The first things that would be suggested I believe is fruit and veg... And plenty of it which I would reply I eat heaps!
The second would be do you drink and smoke to which I would say... NO!
Are you physically fit...yes very fit.
Multiv.... Yep
I am extremly germ concious aswell keeping my distance from sick people and shopping centres during winter yet I still manage to catch something. My questions are..
Does anyone else have this problem?
Does anyone have suggestions as to how to fix it?
After being sick in winter do you guys get that cough that hangs around for weeks? And do you train again while having that cough?
Be interested in trying any ideas as I want this problem to become history.
Thanks
Llew
