Tuna Patties
130g drained weight tuna
1/2 grated carrot
1/4 diced onion
sultana's
1whole egg+1 egg white (the mix was lookgin a bit dry so i added the egg white)
Pepper
Garlic powder (not much)
Curry Powder to taste
Chili - I forgot this but would recommend i think. I liek a spicy curry
Just mix in a bowl as shown and form patties of desired size. I opted for 3 cos i wanted them big and thick to stay nice and juicy - which they did excellently. The carrot helps to keep the moist. A cooking tip is also to cover the pan whilst cooking to help it cook through and kind of 'steam' the burgers whilst frying them which i think helps with keeping the moist.
