I have a question about my biceps
i have noticed that my right bicep is at least 1/2 inch smaller than my left
It is somewhat bugging me that one smaller then the other so I really want to even them out..

What I should do. I have read that they are meant to even out on their own.As of yet they haven't, do I need to do dumbell curls and drop the barbell work?

Anything else I can do?

yes just use a set of dumbbells to bring them back in line
nothing to fear just about everyone has one side bigger then other even breasts , one of my breasts is a little big bigger then the other , its all natural
the human body isn't perfectly symmetrical.
