Drink plenty of water regularly. Drink both before during and after your exercise workout, even when your not thirsty by the time you realize your thirsty your body is already dehydrated.

Before starting your body building program, talk to a trainer to get correct procedures for the workout and also help develop a routine.

Always have the correct posture when during a exercise workout, correct posture will help avoid injuries.

follow the correct procedure. Don't take shortcuts, incorrect exercising procedures leads to injuries, muscle pain, and joint pain.

Before starting any exercise, you should warm up first with warm up exercises. Start with cardio warm up exercises or reduced weightage .

. Do some stretching exercises before and after workouts,Stretching helps your muscles to recover faster

Train at least two body parts during each workout session with a rest break between workouts to give the muscles time to recuperate before the next session.

Don’t lift any weight that your not capable of lifting , lifting weights that are too heavy for you just to make yourself look stronger then what you really are Will lead to injuries and also make yourself look like a fool when you stuff up

Its a good idea to change your exercise routine every couple of weeks.Try to increase the intensity of the workout during each session.

Train upper and lower body parts on separate days , this will give the body maximum time to recover

Don't keep yourself hungry Eat 5-6 meals a days with healthy snacks between meals.

Cross training improves your cardiovascular stamina such activities include; jogging, running, cycling, walking and stair climbing.

If you want to achieve tone and tightened muscles, focus on increasing reps.

Always have Focus and concentrate during your workout , don' perv on that girls/guys ass or breasts. Loosing focus and or concentration, will lead to injuries.

Choose two to three basic compound movements and two isolation movements per a body part

Don’t workout if you are injured. Continuing to work out will only make things worse

The basic exercises for body building are bench press, squats, dead lift, dips, and chin up.

Body building requires high quantity high protein diet. Such as chicken, beef, milk, eggs etc.

Avoid over training and give rest to your body to recover from the gym workout before you train your body again.

These basic body building tips will help you build muscle mass and increase your strength
