Hey Guys, just a question on Cycling to and from the gym

Next weekend i will be moving house which will be , and I will be around 10ks away from my gym. I'm sure if looked i could find a closer one but i would prefer to stay at this gym as I enjoy it,
I've been thinking about buying a bike and cycling to the gym

However, how would it affect my strength once I am in the gym or should i just drive?

The only person that can answer the question is yourself , no one else really knows your fitness level, all you can do is try it out and see , i'm guessing the first few trips might tire you out depending on how active you are on the bike (once a week ride or daily ride )

I bike a few k's to the gym and it doesn't effect training
and with the increase in petrol prices i figure if can save a few bucks on fuel why not
