Hi Guys,

Hi all has anyone here experienced this effect?

It’s not a ‘migraine’ but on a scale of 1 – 10

about a 3 let’s say. But nevertheless annoying.

I have got this after a hard cardio session 70% time.

[FONT=&quot]You expert opinion is welcome

Thanks
Devante.

Yeah I get this sometimes too!! At first I thought it as because my brain was bouncing all over the place from my running, but I think a more logical explanation would be dehydration from the cardio workout.

turbodragon:- Yes that's my thoughts
on it as well. However, I drink a lot of
water all the time.

Is there somehhow you can get tested
to see if your body is retaining the correct
amonut of water or something?

My cardio is lacking due to me holding back
on pushing myself in case I get a hedache
afterwards.

All opinions welcome

Thanks
Devante.

yea i get that to even a head spin and feeling sick

i think its just that were un fit

Sounds like your body is low on water. You get those pounding headaches on any strenuous cardio exercise. Def try drinking more water or electrolyte drinks like gatorade
