I have been at the gym for approx 6 months...and during this time I have lost about 10-15 kg in total. I go to the gym regular...about 4-5 times a week, and do a combination of cardio workout, classes and weight resistence. My body has definitely tone. However, there are two areas that I am concern of.

1. I have always been fat and overweight, and my calves are big and manly. I was wondering, if there is any exercise I can do to reduce the appearance of it.

2. I do weight resistence, and gradually increase my weights from time-to-time. However, the skin under my arms are flabby. I want my arm to be toner...so is there any exercise I can do to tone my arms more.

There are two main exercises for your calf muscle workout.
(1) Leg Press Machine Calf Raise
keep your heels off the press plate so that only your toes are doing the work. Make sure to check that the weight is suitable for you and that the safety is set
(2) Standing Barbell Calf Raises
Stand in a squat rack with a block to stand on. Place a bar bell on your shoulders and stand so that your toes are on the block but your heels are hanging over the edge. The motion consists of slowly lowering your heels off of the edge of the box and then using your calf muscles to push yourself back up until you are standing on your tip toes.

as for the flabby skin
putting on some muscle will burn more calories. which will help you trim down and eating a clean diet will help
exercises to look include: rows, chest presses, military presses, lat pull downs, dips, use heavy weights or atleast weights that give you a bit of a challenge
