Came across this interesting page from a link that Kyle posted in another thread (exrx.net) displaying untrained, novice, intermediate, advanced and elite levels of the 5 main lifts.
Im not sure how this equates in the real world but my lift goals appear to be around the intermediate-advance bracket. Current lifts are untrained-novice lol, rightly so.

Press Standards

Measurements are in pounds so just use this in google to get your weights in kg convert 100 lb to kgetc.
How do yours goals stack up compared to this table?
