This guy's crazy

Pushing stuff is excellent for building leg and hip strength.

I've pushed cars, that can be interesting.
I made a sled from an old wheel barrow, that's about it.
 
Hes not crazy, hes strong. Not hard to differentiate.

We use those things at Powersports. Mad workout on your legs.
 
rolls royce.... lol yeah best of luck to ya :p btw markos. let the tyre pressures down to give them a real workout lolll far out i hate pushing cars..... every day i have to push atleast 1 car... sometimes freakin vans.... once was a h1 hummer :D lolll
 
far out...we don't do anythin cool like that at my gym. My gym's full of 'wanna be' bodybuilders that have no idea one session to another what their doing in terms of weight moved. They know that monday is chest, tuesdays back, wednesdays 'legs'...stuff like that..but in terms of actual weight used...they don't record it (or even make an effort to remember) at all.

i've brought crates into the gym to do box squats..they keep disappearin'
i wish we had space for a prowler & do tyre flips


that being said, i'm about to start training where the tasmanian weightliftings train...now THEY have space & cool sessions
 
Markos, can you start moving the car by turning the tyre? hehe
