Heavy squat 5*2
Benchpress 2*5
4*3

Triceps, abs.

Wednesday:
Deadlift:
First week (heavy) 5*2 second week (light) 5*3
+ 2 other back exercises and 1 biceps.


Friday:
Squat (light) 5*4
Benchpress (heavy) 2*3

Triceps, shoulders, abs.

Funny you post that routine, last night was friggen bored at work and thought out a new routine for myself;

MON squat heavy 3x5, bench 2x7 or 3x5, weighted dips 3x7
WED deadlifts 3x3, chinups 3xmax, powercleans 5x3
FRI squat 'light' 1x20, military press 2x7 or 3x5, weighted pushups 3x7

pretty similiar to that one you posted lol
